Traditional Fruit Cake
Ideal for wedding and Christmas cakes, the traditional fruit cake is delicious and packed with plump fruit and rich flavours. This cake will keep for a number of months when properly stored and will mature in flavour with age.

Sponge Cake
Light fluffy sponge cakes are a popular choice and can have many flavours, Vanilla, Lemon etc. Filled with butter cream or jam, or both, they are a delight for any birthday cake.

Chocolate Cake
For all you chocoholics out there, rich mouth watering chocolate cake is a must. Moist chocolate sponge filled with chocolate fudge filling, or chocolate butter cream, Mmmmm!!
